We have spent over a year and a half finding the absolute, perfect blend of Gluten Free flours, starches, and all things baking related to get a cake that rises, doesn't feel like a hockey puck, and doesn't fall apart as soon as the wrapper comes off. We have been told by MANY Gluten Free and Vegan eaters that we have the best cake they have had in years, if ever! We can adapt just about all of our cakes to Gluten Free, and some can be adapted to Vegan as well.
